Responsibilities:
The Concrete Finisher is responsible for preparing and finishing concrete surfaces to the desired specifications. This includes pouring, leveling, smoothing, texturing, and curing concrete according to customer and project requirements. They must have an understanding of the proper use of tools and machinery, and be able to read and interpret plans and blueprints. Additionally, they must be able to calculate and estimate measurements and quantities required for the job.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of concrete finishing experience.
Skills: Proficient in concrete preparation, pouring, leveling, and finishing techniques.
Knowledge: Understanding of different concrete types, their properties, and curing processes.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for quality control, ensuring smooth and level surfaces, and ability to create decorative concrete finishes.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow them to minimize workplace hazards.

The Curbing Technician is responsible for the installation of curbing on various projects. This includes planning, measuring, and cutting of curbing materials, lying out and forming curbing, and operating a variety of tools and machinery. Additionally, they must be able to read and interpret plans and blueprints, and calculate and estimate measurements and quantities required for the job. They must also possess good communication and problem-solving skills to ensure that all jobs are completed correctly and on time.
Requirenments:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of curbing installation experience.
Skills: Proficient in operating curbing machinery, knowledge of curbing techniques, and ability to create precise and durable curbing.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle heavy machinery, works in various weather conditions, and lift heavy materials.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for precise measurements and ability to create visually appealing curbing.
Communication Skills: Good interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with clients.
